Macro > mccourt  > Animals > Little Critters
Okay, so the LX1 isn't exactly designed for macro work, but I think I've managed it okay. These were taken summer of aught 6 behind the shop where I worked. I don't like bees, so it was crazy that I got close enough and stayed still enough to get the shots. The picture of the fly on the bee's back is my favorite.

mccourt > I'm not sure what kind of moth this is... It was trapped in our shop trying to escape through the window. After beating it's head against the window for a bit it landed here to think things over.
